Form is life. Hatha Yoga is a posture practice that takes the focus away from the breath and movement combination and into the physical sensations of the postures themselves. The steadiness of the postures held for a longer period of time create more poignant concentration. These classes are less choreographed and generally slower moving to accommodate the awareness of the current shapes being made by the body. Music and sound are used throughout the physical practice.
