Hi, I’m Scott Davis. I’m a doctor of Eastern Medicine, movement therapist, yoga teacher, health educator, husband, father, explorer, and lover of beauty and nature who is deeply committed to helping you feel better.


For over twenty years, patients have come to me with all sorts of pains and problems—be it back pain, indigestion, insomnia, fertility issues, or headaches. My job as a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor is to investigate and solve nagging problems by treating the whole person, not just the ailment so that you can have greater health and happiness in your life.

As a movement therapist and yoga teacher I help students move in a generalist way so they can get better at whatever they want to do—as well as look and feel great. I take a multi-faceted approach, bridging yoga and other movement forms. Together, we identify what you’re missing or deficient in so that we can fill in the gaps to give you better functionality overall.

As a health educator, I mine the vast and complex traditions of eastern medicine and yoga to give you useable gems in the form of simple, natural, and seasonally-attuned tools that can help you discover your path to vibrant health in everyday life.

The thing that connects everything I do is my belief that we are nature, and nature is us. We have lost touch with our bodies’ connection to nature, the basic tenet of human health. To get our systems back online, we need the fundamentals: frequent movement opportunities, real whole food nutrition, and the most overlooked nutrient of all, proper rest.



THE THREE FREE THERAPIES: RECONNECT WITH YOUR BODY USING
THESE SIMPLE LIFESTYLE PRACTICES

Movement, nutrition, and rest are known as the “Three Free Therapies” (or “Threebies” for short around here) in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I give my patients tips on these three lifestyle practices to help facilitate better health between sessions. These special tools not only stretch patients’ healthcare dollars, but they also create a good foundation that helps make treatments more effective. In fact, they’re so beneficial that I’m now sharing them online for free for anyone anywhere in the world who wants to start feeling better now.


The Threebies are for you if you:
  • are stiff and in pain—chronically—and don’t move easily in your daily life and aging isn’t help
  • are stuck or bored with your usual movement routine
  • don’t know how to eat in a way that is good for you or do know and don’t want the trouble of changing your diet
  • are eating what you think you should be eating, but it’s not working for you
  • are stressed, overworked, and overwhelmed
  • suck at rest.

I offer seasonally-inspired tips on the Three Free Therapies through Facebook and Instagram on Movement Mondays, Whole Food Wednesdays, and Feel Good Fridays. I also periodically upload short videos on YouTube that go a little deeper.
