Hatha Yoga is a posture practice with a focus on breath, movement and the physical sensations of the postures. The steadiness of the postures held for a longer period of time create more poignant concentration. These classes have a theme with a particular body focus each week to cultivate more awareness and care in how the body moves optimally. Music and sound are used throughout the physical practice.
