SCOTT DAVIS has been living his passion for sharing pathways to better health for the past 20 years.

As a doctor of Eastern Medicine, movement therapist, yoga teacher and health educator, the thing that connects everything he does is the belief that we need to rediscover our connection to nature to optimize our health. To get our systems back online, he encourages us to embrace the fundamentals: frequent movement opportunities, real whole food nutrition, and the most overlooked nutrient of all, proper rest.

Scott’s style brings a balance of authenticity, humour, and depth to integrating complex therapeutic traditions with contemporary approaches to health and the latest research in biomechanics and human movement. As former owner of Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre in Toronto, he mentored and trained hundreds of instructors using a holistic approach to yoga, and ran a clinical practice in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine helping patients achieve greater health and happiness in their lives.

He has been certified in Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy. He also studied Deep Nature Connection with the 8 Shields Institute and the Institute of Natural Learning. He’s a Level 2 certified MovNat Trainer and holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

As someone who believes in the aliveness of cultivating a beginner’s mind, he is on a lifelong path of learning and discovery in order to continue to help people feel better.
