Breath work (Pranayama) is a powerful tool to shift your own state, creating a deeper relationship with your own body and the effect of the outside world on your nervous system. It’s truly a super power!
In this 2 hour workshop at Ma Yoga Victoria we will explore several different ways to breathe through evidence based theory and practices, empowering you to find the most impactful techniques for you. We will explore ways to expand the chambers of the lungs, increase our breath capacity, and use breathing as a means to calm the nervous system for deeper rest and relaxation.
All levels of experience are welcome.
