Join Scott for an all levels 75 minute flow which you can take online or in-person at MokSana Yoga Centre every Wednesday starting at 9:30am PT / 12:30pm ET.

We'll be covering key topics applicable to all bodies such as:

  • healthy posture and corrective exercises for common misalignments
