Wednesday Flow and Restore at The Lab, Victoria

In a gently heated space, we flow through an active system or yang-style practice designed to strengthen, align and detoxify the body for 30 minutes. Then we restore with a yin-style stillness practice of longer holds and passive postures, bringing balance to the body, breathe and mind.
