Scott Davis has dedicated the past 25 years to sharing pathways to good health.

As a doctor of Eastern Medicine, movement therapist, yoga teacher, and health educator, Scott’s work is united by a core belief: to optimize our health, we must rediscover our underlying connection to nature. To restore balance in our bodies, he emphasizes embracing fundamental practices—regular movement, nourishing whole foods, and the often-overlooked essential nutrient: proper rest and sleep.

Scott’s approach blends authenticity, humour, and depth, integrating complex therapeutic traditions with modern wisdom and the latest research in biomechanics and human movement. As a former studio owner (Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre in Toronto) he lead a core team and trained hundreds of instructors using a holistic approach to yoga and wellness. During that time, he also ran an integrated health clinic, his speciality being Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and manual therapy, where he helped thousands of patients achieve greater health and happiness.

With over 10,000 hours of teaching and training yoga and movement classes across 25 years, Scott is a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP) in Ontario and British Columbia. He is also certified in Nutritional Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy. His studies also include Deep Nature Connection through the 8 Shields Institute and the Institute of Natural Learning. He holds a Level 2 certification as a Natural Movement (MovNat) Trainer, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is currently mentored by his Qigong teacher, Mimi Kuo-Deemer.

Believing deeply in the vitality of the beginner’s mind, Scott approaches his work first as a student and then as a teacher. Always learning and evolving, he is excited to share his passion and knowledge with you!
